1201 Minnesota Street is a 200ft X 100ft raw warehouse space with the ability to adapt to the exhibition needs of each artist and holds unparalleled potential for events.
Have your next event in our unique space. Rentals can include use of the entire 20,000 square foot warehouse, the state of the art screening gallery, and event coordination upon request.

Technical Specifications
The 70’ X 42’ video screening gallery space is built to accommodate up to 4 channel side-by-side projection (assumes 16:9 video) at its maximum and 1, 2, and 3 screen combinations therein. Side walls can also be used for projection.
Screening Gallery equipment includes:
· 4 Barco HDX-4k20 4k resolution, 20,000 lumen cinema projectors
· Mac Studio M2 Ultra with Millumin playback software
· Black magic Hyperdeck playback system
· 10 channels Meyer Sound Ultra X40 full-range speakers
· 2 channels Meyer Sound 900HP subwoofers
· Yamaha TF1 Digital Mixing Console – alternate mixers available upon request
· Sound baffling curtains at both entrances (optional)
